Duplicate Content Or Not? You decide!

I am also in the throws of building several other web sites - (geo-targeting-friendly) - that will be domiciled on servers in "target market countries". For instance, right now I am half way through building: http://www.compasspropertyinvestments.co.uk which will be targeting "New zealand ex-pats as well as local UK property investors to buy property in New Zealand", once again via my New Zealand based property company.
Although the main content of each site will be similar, it will NOT be identical by any means.
However - and this is my question - CAN I DUPLICATE THE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS CONTENT OF MY EXISTING SITE AND USE IT IN MY YET-TO-BE-COMPLETED "OTHER COUNTRY" SITES?
All other content would be original (compared to the existing site).
I am simply trying not to reinvent the wheel ’so to speak’, if I don’t have to.
Your responses to this would be very gratefully received.
Cheers,
Smeatz
